Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your HEYSHAPEâ„¢. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
- 2.Prepare Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
- 3.Ship Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
